From April 21, 2010 ferry line Helsinki-St.Petersburg opened VISA FREE doors to Russia.

 

Passengers from all over the world coming to St.Petersburg by this ferry are allowed to stay in Northern Venice within 72 hours without Russian visa.

These guests can leave port only being a part of tourist group accompanied by a guide and with a voucher for the tourist program booked through Authorized Travel Agency. If they are staying for at least one night they should also have a hotel reservation confirmation.
